As the Officer in charge, he will be available 24x7 to deal with emergencies outside working hours as required.
Vendor Negotiations & Management - Manage all third party service Contractors to ensure service delivery per the contractual terms and within pre - approved annual budgets. Negotiate new agreements and renewals on behalf of Company as/when needed.
Manage warranties and defect liability administrations for Equipment.
Manage the team on the site and be accountable to the client on a day to day basis.
Scheduling
Scheduling daily, Weekly and Monthly operations facility management teams and maintenance of all the equipment
Scheduling and managing manpower required for routine work and also ensure that all equipment records are being updated in terms of equipment history.
Monitoring
Ensure on a day-to-day basis that each unit operates within the agreed manpower and the specified standards of facility maintenance activities
Regularly monitor service and report to the client maintaining a close working relationship and excellent customer care.
Maintaining awareness of the need for all to work safety and without risk, and to check and Safety procedures when viewing the site
Keep up to date on materials and service in the best interest of the service
Continuous periodic checks of toilets to ensure that the toilets are hygienically maintained to the highest international standards.
Checking daily logs and reports maintained by housekeeping and technician.
Administrative
Formulation and Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the above
Review of technical issues
Discussion with Landmark Management for reviewing the problems and resolving the issues related to project
Manage Conference / Meeting and Training Room requirements (snacks, consumables, IT equipment, timings, cleaning, etc.).
Vendor Selection Process will be managed by the Facility Supervisor together with Landmark representative.
MEP
To ensure operation of electrical systems are being carried out as per the standard procedures by the technicians
Monitoring, allotments of job and monitoring activities of the technicians on the allotted jobs.
Issuing of tools and materials to the technicians and ensure the work is carried out in a proper manner.
Plan the next day's activities / projects and to ensure all the material and tools are available.
Ensure proper safety precaution are taken and to make sure permission has been obtained from the concerned management staff before carrying out break down calls and other repairs.
Ensure the technician during his duty timing is following standard safety practices.
Coordinate in preparing weekly maintenance schedules.
Ensure the day scheduled activities are carried out and completed.

Qualifications:
Preferably a Degree or Master in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Experienced in leading a large team which consists of mainly technicians (100 staff)
Proven ability in managing a culturally diverse team
Possess experience within the Middle East
Strong Facilities Management background. Experience in managing domestic contracts is an advantage
Ability to sustain existing and develop new business
Excellent communication skills
