Job Description

The job responsibilities consists of:

Opening and updating of job files in the ERP software. Attending to customer inquiries. Advising customers on procedures in applying for various government approvals (Notably: QCDD, EPC/Chemical and Radiation, Qatar Standardization, MOPH, Pharmaceuticals, ICT/CRA, Traffic department, MOI, Ministry of Culture etc). Coordinating shipment collection from origin country with overseas agent, and arranging shipment till Doha. Verifying all shipping documents and ensuring they are in line with Qatar local regulations for import shipments and destination customs for export shipments. Coordinating shipment local customs clearance in Qatar between customs clearance team and customers. Coordinating internally with operations team and transportation team to arrange smooth last mile delivery of shipments. Updating job costs and selling in the ERP software.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Freight Forwarding: 10 years (Required)
