The Role
Position Title:
Senior Ops Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A market leading luxury Real Estate team in Dubai : -Overseeing listing processes on internal systems and external portals, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. -Coordinating the onboarding of new developers and ensuring timely availability of marketing materials for the sales team. -Monitoring team compliance with internal processes and external regulatory standards during deal closures. -Developing, implementing, and enforcing company SOPs across departments.Requirements
Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below -Highschool diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus -Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing real estate operations -Strong knowledge of online property portals (PF, Bayut, Dubizzle) and listing is an added advantage
