: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities. The role involves coordinating with various departments, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, procurement, HR, finance) to ensure operational alignment. Track operational performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management. Support planning and resource allocation for smooth execution of projects and operational activities. Lead and train junior team members to ensure high productivity and quality standards. Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and team challenges in a timely and effective manner. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations. Contribute to cost control and budget optimization efforts. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
