Brief Description
Supports shipping operations by ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and customer requirements. Oversees supplier evaluations, inspections, and record-keeping. Manages shipping issues, damages, and lost freight claims while maintaining safety and monitoring customer-supplied property. Ensures cargo, tank cleaning, and stability compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and efficient operations.
Your Role
As a Senior Operations Executive, you will oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, documentation, and customer requirements. You will handle supplier evaluations, inspections, and record-keeping for quality assurance. Your role includes resolving shipping issues, maintaining safety standards, and monitoring customer-supplied property. Additionally, you must ensure cargo requirements, tank cleaning, and stability are met while enhancing customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and service excellence.
Specific Requirements
: Must be based in Ras Al Khaimah already. With at least 5 years of experience in a Shipping agency and must be available to join immediately.
