Are you a good match? You have significant experience in managing operations & distribution activities and projects as well as a deep understanding of SAP and the importance of working with a team. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging, and motivating with others.

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing Maison operations, optimizing and improving the processes related to the business activities as well as their performances in line with the Maison strategy and standards of excellence. What are we expecting from you? Reporting to the Head of Operations & Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing Maison operations, optimizing and improving the processes related to the business activities as well as their performances in line with the Maison strategy and standards of excellence. In this function:
- You will coordinate with the team the logistic movements for valuables and non-valuables for Van Cleef & Arpels in the Middle East region
- You will ensure the retail and wholesale boutiques have optimum stock levels and will communicate with boutiques with regards to product availability, delivery timing, etc.
- You will be a resourceful contributor to all important projects of the Maison and will drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity.
