Main purpose The Operations & Distribution Executive is responsible to ensure the effectiveness of the Distribution flow to the network. He/she handles the replenishment and invoicing to support the sales across all product categories. He/she will work closely with Operations & distribution Planner as well as coordinate with the Supply Planning team to ensure efficient deliveries for all client orders, regular replenishment and novelties. Key responsibilities
Boutique/POS replenishment
Point of contact for every matter of products availability with the boutique/POS
Daily coordination with supply planning team to assess product availability
Follow up on firm orders and ensure the best delivery lead time
Work closely in collaboration with our local distribution centre, quality, finance, IT and commercial team to deliver according to the clients’ needs
Make sure that the replenishment is active and raise any alert
Operations and stock management
Alert on critical shortages and specific requests
Organize boutique/POS returns to local distribution center, issue credit notes
Liaise with the supply planning team to update/clean the backorder portfolio
Follow up on firm orders and deliveries from central teams
Handles all communications and coordination with central teams
Novelties
Transfer and invoice novelties as per the launch plan scenario
Ensure timely delivery in respect to the launch date
Provide supplier delivery updates to the boutiques
Product specificities
All Cartier categories excluding High End & Fragrance.
JOB PROFILE (for recruitment purpose only)
Education BA’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Technical skills / abilities
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of Office (Particularly Excel)
Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, NSI, PBI is a +
Comfortable in general with most I.T solutions
