Parsons is looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior O&M Advisor to join our team!
In this role you will lead and support Parsons O&M / Asset Management practice and the Sector Managers to develop and deliver Advisory engagements and advancing strategic and technical asset management services in EMEA through a strong and credible industry presence, and leading engagement delivery.
This role requires a breadth of strategic and technical experience and track record spanning critical infrastructure, public services, mobility systems, built environment, asset management frameworks and lifecycle development.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising our clients for O&M and of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services
• Support and lead the development and delivery of O&M and Asset Management projects within the EMEA region
• Lead the development of O&M policies, strategies, procedures and standards; lead and support implementation of these activities including developing policies and strategies, guiding clients to define their lifecycle strategies, performance based contracts, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and lead and support the development of O&M / asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.
• Responsible for a range of services including advisory for operations and maintenance system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing O&M / asset performance metrics, and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans and operational plans.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology / engineering related field
• Experience of implementing operation and maintenance and asset management services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55000 systems
• At least 15 years successful experience in business consulting, infrastructure technology-driven advisory, design and referenced deployment projects around the world.
• Expertise in the delivery of strategic O&M solutions
• Specific experience within critical infrastructure, mobility, or building markets
• Proficiency in professional level written and spoken English
• The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills
• A proven capability to support multiple projects
• Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities
• The role will be based in the United Arab Emirates with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities
