We are looking for a talented Senior OD Specialist to manage the diverse OD & TM programs for the whole group. This includes managing the Performance Management Process, OD programs, Employee Engagement initiatives as well as the L&D Programs. Will provide highest level of partnership with the business as well as best in class employee experience throughout the employees’ journey. Will directly report to OD Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement and track progress of the OD initiatives and programs
Effectively manage the Performance Management process for the group
Plan & conduct orientation Programs
Manage the diverse learning & development program
Research and identify employee engagement activities and manage the Employee Engagement process
Keep an up to date records of the JDs and Org chart
Conduct evaluation reports and recommend development ideas to improve retention, performance, and engagement
Requirements
B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field
3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent Communication & problem solving skills
