Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tactics for SAP projects. Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify change impacts, assess readiness, and develop communication and training plans. Define and execute change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management. Assess and monitor change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness, and develop metrics to measure success. Provide guidance and coaching to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices and approaches. Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between change management and system implementation. Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and other learning interventions to support SAP adoption. Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field. Experience working on SAP implementation projects and knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities. Experience in change management, organizational development, or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans. Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks. Experience in delivering training and coaching to end-users.
