One of our clients from the leading Travel and Tourism industry is seeking for a professional Senior Tour Consultant. Job Location: Dubai Job Title: Senior Tours Consultant - Meetings & Events Job Role and Responsibilities : Should have experience handling Meetings & Event planning and coordination in a corporate environment Handle inquiries, events registrations, work out costings, present proposals within client-defined timelines Coordinate with Airlines, DMC, Hotels & Suppliers for Air, Land, and Ground services and to obtain competitive Airfares & Rates Issuing Invoices to clients in a timely manner Assisting on visa requirements as and when required by the client Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values Experience and Qualifications : Minimum 3 to 5 Year's experience handling events Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Advanced working level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint College Degree or Degree in Hospitality or Event Planning Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
