Job Description
Senior MEP Engineer (Junior Project Manager) - Pitching project ideas, developing new project plans, formulating resources allocation strategy, evaluating projects efficiency, Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations, etc. The person also responsible to coordinated with clients, various subcontractor teams, suppliers to execute new projects, and MEP maintenance of existing projects. Requirements:
- Candidate hold supervisory exposure of handling facility projects - new and renovation
- Minimum 5 years supervisor level experience of handling projects, on going MEP maintenance and operations
- Must hold Driving License
