Senior Mechanical Engineer Hvac
Job Description
Design, install, and oversee HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Conduct project reviews to determine HVAC and MEP resource requirements within budgets.
Supervise on-site teams to ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical issues during installation and maintenance.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules for MEP and HVAC works.
Ensure adherence to local standards and regulatory compliance for all HVAC and MEP systems.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for efficient project execution.
Provide detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
