Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Review specifications/requirements, drawings for issued tenders/RFQs from sales. Review/checking for mechanical drawings of proposed STP, RO & others.
2.Review Bill of Material (BOM) and modify as required.
3.Review quotation from suppliers for the mechanical equipment needed for the system
4.Ensure the consistency of the documents such as BOQ, drawing, and material data sheets with the proposed system
5.Review and coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation team for E,I&C submittal.
6.Review clients/consultant comments and submit response incorporating the comments as necessary.
7.Coordinating and working with various-disciplines in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, E&IC Team, Procurement & Project.
8.Prepare the datasheet for the material submittal.
9.Ensure timely submission of all engineering mechanical documents as requested by Client
Requirements
1.Experience: 8 - 10+ Years (UAE Experience is highly recommended; if not, any GCC country experience is a MUST)
2.Driving License: Must
3.Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
4.Industry: Water Treatment
