We're Hiring | Senior Material Engineer (Fit-Out Projects)
We are looking for a Senior Material Engineer to join our growing fit-out and interior contracting team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, evaluate, and approve material submittals in line with project specifications and authority requirements
Ensure materials comply with approved samples, drawings, and quality standards
Coordinate closely with QA/QC, procurement, site teams, and consultants
Monitor material approvals, mock-ups, and supplier compliance
Support value engineering and material optimization without compromising quality
Maintain proper documentation and material approval logs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in fit-out / interior works
Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP interface materials, and authority approvals
Experience with consultants, clients, and approval workflows
Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills
UAE experience is mandatory
Immediate joining is required.
