Key Accountabilities
- Manage delivery of fa\xc3\xa7ade packages on tower projects
- Conduct initial assessment of the consultant\'s design and provide technical co-ordination of high-specification fa\xc3\xa7ade packages
- Lead, manage and deliver all fa\xc3\xa7ade related activities on site
- Contractor design and consultant interaction
- Propose value engineering options for fa\xc3\xa7ade packages
- Determine contractor pricing, material sourcing and procurement strategy
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant Experience.
- Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience with a top-tier fa\xc3\xa7ade contractor, but we will also consider candidates with experience managing fa\xc3\xa7ade contractors from a developer or consultancy background
