Senior Manager HR - HUB & Projects

Purpose:

Act as a strategic business partner across the employee lifecycle and ensure business has the right information and direction to make people decisions.

Live adidas values, cultivate and maintain strong collaboration, transparency and trust between management and employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 50%: HR Business partnering for HUB Commercial & Brand organization
  • Be the SPOC for Commercial and Brand HUB organization across Emerging market and support the SLT with all people and culture related matters
  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs and feedback are taken into consideration in shaping the people strategy
  • Collaborate with global and EM cluster HR teams to ensure alignment and two-way flow of information to aid better decision making
  • Provide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture
  • Challenge current processes (policies, structure, etc.) and status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively contact EM SLT/HUB HR teams for advice and solutions that are aligned with the team across regions
  • Lead with data and facts, ensure the business is supported with pre-emptive data and facts to work on people topics
  • Align and follow up on recruitment process of all positions within area of responsibility in alignment with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Involvement in personnel planning, Total Compensation management and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process and in close partnership with the Rewards team and the line managers.
  • Drive the Talent lifecycle for the commercial and brand HUB organization; Induction, Performance management cycle (Mybest, TLU, etc.), Development and Succession
  • Create insights based on ELS (Employee listening survey) and drive action plans in alignment with respective business leads.
  • Ensure data integrity in all HRIS systems (SAP/SAC) and take full ownership of people plans, FTE/PEX for the respective BU.
  • 50%: EM HR Projects and Key Initiatives
  • Drive global and local HR initiatives to support people strategy
  • Lead the EM HR calendar to implement adidas people strategy in close coordination with COEs and Data/analytics
  • Establish HR KPIs which are aligned to global HR KPIs with a reporting cadence as required by the business to ensure that we track and address critical HR measures
  • Review and analyze HR KPIs, providing insight and proposal for actions to be taken to improve the KPIs.
  • Act as contact point for the global HR projects team and disseminate information to the market in a timely manner.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Multi-tasker, well organized and solution oriented
  • Consumer centric, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player with supervisory and management skills having previous background in multi-cultural and multi-geography environment
  • Strong ethics and ability to withstand pressure
Requisite Education and Experience:
  • University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR. Last 2 years minimum on Managerial Level. (Preferably in an international organization)
  • Multiple project handling experience
  • English fluent (written and oral)
  • MS- office skills (Specially Excel) and SAP is a must
  • SAC experience is a plus
  • Arabic will be an advantage
