The Team

The Role
We are looking to recruit exceptional professionals in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Dubai across Manager, Senior Manager, Director and Senior Director levels. Working with some of the brightest and most experienced colleagues in the industry, you will develop and implement innovative solutions in the context of performance improvement, digitization, delivery transformation, and operational turnaround.
You will be working globally on deploying digital, risk allocation, delivery support as well as cost-efficiency solutions while simultaneously integrating governance throughout the infrastructure projects lifecycle.
Responsibilities
From the beginning, you will work in a fast-growing and dynamic team to:
  • Support the deployment of capital projects offerings, maximize efficiency and proactively find solutions to increase productivity
  • Help clients resolve issues and deploy global best practices at all stages in the lifecycle of capital projects
  • Build client relationships, and understand needs of mid-level management in day-to-day interactions
  • Support the team to identify a portfolio of high-impact opportunities across capital projects, ranging from quick wins to major transformational outcomes
  • Support Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production
  • Actively participate in firm building committees and initiatives such as recruiting, learning and development, culture, marketing, and finance
    Requirements
    To be considered, you must possess:
    • a high-grade bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/higher) from an accredited top-tier university in engineering, accounting, business, or a similar discipline
    • Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Previous exposure to areas such as capital strategy, project delivery assurance, digital capital projects, asset management, construction dispute resolution, and project excellence
    • Prior full-time consulting experience or non-consulting (engineering) professional services work experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills and financial background combined with a deep understanding of business and operational drivers
    • Experience in mega assets lifecycle including Cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, and accounting
    • Understanding of project controls, QA/QC, contract administration, procurement and capital projects risk management
    • Exposure to project management and operations reviews, BPI and PMO
