Position Overview:
As a Consulting Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting solutions to our clients in the aviation industry. Your deep expertise in Airport and Airline strategy, with a focus on top-line growth and digital transformation, will guide our clients in navigating the complexities of the rapidly evolving aviation landscape. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead teams, engage with C-level executives, and drive strategic initiatives to success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Develop tailored strategies that align with their goals, addressing key areas such as top-line growth and digital transformation within the Airport and Airline sectors.
Strategy Development: Lead the development of innovative and actionable strategies that leverage your extensive experience in Airport and Airline operations. Provide insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive sustainable growth for clients.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development among team members.
Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the Airport and Airline sectors. Contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, and presentations.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a focus on Airport and Airline strategy. Proven expertise in driving top-line growth and digital transformation initiatives within these industries. Prior experience working within the Aviation/Airline/Airport industry outside of consulting is highly preferential.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Airport and Airline operations, market dynamics, regulatory environment, and technological trends. Familiarity with digitalization, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency improvement strategies.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and communicate effectively with C-level executives.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and thought leadership content.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
