Job Overview
As Senior Manager, you will drive the rollout of governance frameworks, processes, and digital enablers that elevate operational excellence. You will oversee policy design, DOA implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and change management programs aligned with strategic goals. This role supports all key business units and reports directly to the Executive Director - Transformation & Business Excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and rollout of policies, governance frameworks, and process documentation
• Establish and maintain a Delegation of Authority (DOA) structure with regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with development, commercial, and asset teams to drive process standardization
• Support change initiatives and introduce digital tools for compliance and performance tracking
• Act as a transformation advisor to department heads, driving organizational capability
• Ensure best practices in business process optimization, customer experience, and quality
• Monitor risks, support audits, and maintain strong governance through regular reviews
• Create templates, execution playbooks, and roadmaps for consistent deployment
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows
• Use analytics and automation to enhance operational decision-making

Reporting & MIS

• Develop performance dashboards to monitor adoption and track KPIs
• Provide regular updates on governance, policy revisions, and strategic project rollouts

Financial Management

• Align policy frameworks with financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Support operational budgeting by ensuring process compliance and clarity of roles

Governance & Standards

• Ensure that all policies meet legal, regulatory, and internal audit requirements
• Conduct governance health checks in collaboration with assurance functions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 12+ years' experience in transformation, governance, or business excellence
• Experience in real estate, construction, or project development environments
• Strong knowledge of governance, policy design, and process optimization
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI, PMP, or equivalent preferred
• Skilled in process mapping, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficient in automation, performance tracking tools, and digital workflows
