Senior Sales Manager, Nestlé Professional

In this role, you will lead the sales team in achieving defined objectives and sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with customers and distributors, ensuring the delivery of the best Nestlé products.

A DAY IN THE LIFE aEUR Prioritize key drivers, activities, and KPIs based on Operational Master Plan (OMP). Accountable for delivering Key Financials (NNS/OG/OPFE/MOGE/TTS). Lead teams to achieve results; develop talent and employee engagement. Establish strategic plans by setting goals, developing sales initiatives, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements Experience in customer management and building strong business relationships. Ensure compliance with the sales manual; communicate policies with stakeholders. Coordinate with Head Office on business matters. Identify opportunities for improvement; optimize sales and service structures.

What will make you successfulaEUR Over 10 years in business operations, ideally in the Out of Home sector. Strong Sales experience with a record of meeting KPIs and driving top and bottom-line results. Proven ability to manage multi-category and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Experienced in coordinating with leadership teams. Knowledgeable in quality principles, HACCP, and hygiene standards in the F&B industry. University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management) Proficient in Microsoft; SAP is a plus. Arabic language proficiency is a plus. Previous Experience in the Kuwait market is also beneficial.
