As a
Subject Matter Expert
, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and sales expertise to influence key decisions, collaborate across teams, and shape the future of Accenture's Resources practice in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
The Work:
Lead Sales Pursuits:
+ Drive the qualification and shaping of large, complex sales opportunities within the Resources industry.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in sales pursuits.
+ Utilize deep sales process skills to enhance the sales journey and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
+ Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals to drive profitable growth for Accenture.
+ Apply expert proficiency in
Deal Shaping
and the
Accenture High Performance Selling Framework
to secure successful outcomes.
Originate New Opportunities:
+ Identify and originate new sales opportunities through strategic engagement with clients and industry stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within key client organizations.
Innovative Solutions:
+ Provide innovative solutions to complex client problems, leveraging Accenture's capabilities in digital transformation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
+ Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and advising on key decisions across multiple teams.
Experience:
Minimum
8 years
of experience in sales pursuit management, deal shaping, and closing within the Resources industry (Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, etc.).
Proven track record of leading large-scale sales pursuits and managing complex sales cycles.
