In the context of company global transformation combined with a highly demanding operation in MEA, you will manage all regional Customer Excellence aspects of a newly created regional supply chain. This include regional deployment, co-packing, warehousing, transport, compliance and customer service.
Responsible for Customer Excellence cost for your region, your goal will be to optimize the customer experience whilst continuously reducing cost. You will also be a key leader for driving the organization to grow in all 3 BIC categories.

Responsibilities:

1. Regional Customer Excellence Lead
  • Be the single point of contact of MEA Customer Excellence for Global Supply Chain leaders and cross functional partners.
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional business teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to reach the regional business objectives (Net Sales, Market Share, IFO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to anticipate any challenges by category and any customer impact.
  • Partner with Sales on best resolution and collaboration plan for key customers (Supply teams, Buyers etc)
  • Work in close relationship with end-to-end performance teams to continuously align on processes and drive end-to-end initiatives to increase service level while reducing inventory coverage.
  • Be in full control and understanding of performance results and action plan of the region.

2. Contribution to Horizon Plan/3GP/Operating Plan
  • Be proactive to create strong Supply Chain community, collaborate with central functional teams and other Regional Supply Chain teams to share best practices, align processes, and ensure proper implementation in your region.
  • Be involved, support, and manage key projects and initiatives within the Horizon Plan/3GP/Operating Plan.
  • Hire, lead, and develop direct reports.
  • Lead the development and utilization of tools and systems that support the automation of tactical operations in supply chain.


3. Transport, Warehousing, and Co-Packing
  • Drive transport and logistics teams to constantly optimize warehouses operations, footprint, and transportation between factories, DC, and customers through appropriate channels.
  • Challenge opportunities to drive cost improvement efficiency initiatives of warehouses and co-packing centers.
  • Deliver high performing warehousing operations in your region (incl. 3rd parties).
  • Ensure efficiency and required agility of co-packing operations to best match demand while maintaining competitive cost (incl. 3rd parties).
  • Optimize efficiency and environmental footprint of transport operations (freight in and freight out).
  • Ensure the group follows BIC\xe2\x80\x99s sustainable commitment in terms of transportation.
  • Conduct business reviews and manage 3pl relationships.


4. Customer Service and Collaboration
  • Drive Customer Service team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction from customer service activities including response and remedy plan for each customer.
  • Ensure proper process and cost optimization for customer service function.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with key customers on any OTIF issues, be proactive in forward communication and actions for resolution.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics required; Masters preferred
  • 10+ years directly managing logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service and has been exposed to the broader end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Experience in dealing with co-packing operations will be critical.
  • Proven experience with the management and ownership of budgets, KPIs and developing strategies.
  • Leadership - strategic thinker able to convert transformative ideas to practical solutions that deliver real results
  • Teamwork - capable of leading inter-company and cross-functional teams to meet objectives
  • Results orientation - drives change across the company to deliver measurable results
