We are looking for a Senior Commerce Manager able oversee a Publicis Commerce client pod in developing, implementing, tracking, optimizing and analyzing cross-platform retail media commerce strategies and consistent performance campaign activity for a top tier client.
Supported by the Commerce practice Business Director, you will also support and collaborate with Publicis Media divisions and the wider commerce activation team on campaign execution & strategy evolution along with any other duties relating to efficient and effective campaign strategy.
Responsibilities and Attributes:
The key responsibilities within this role will be to oversee, manage and support, day-to-day and key period, commerce campaign activity and core client communications.

In depth knowledge of the retail media landscape
Relevant working experience of the complete digital marketing mix with the commercial acumen to understand online marketing metrics and prioritise return on investments
Strong client communication skills, ability to organize and deliver fluid client updates and high value communication exchanges
A deep understanding of paid search and what maximizes success in competitive ad landscapes (Amazon & Google)
Strong performance media planning knowledge & capabilities (performance digital & retail media)
Project and team management capabilities, maximizing efficient workflows across planning and activation support teams
Plan Yearly, Quarterly, and event-based retail media activations
Oversee execution, activation and optimization roadmaps with planning and activation support teams
Analytical mindset and ability to isolate core campaign performance influencers
Oversee insight, analysis and reporting processes covering always-on and tactical campaign activity
Provide strategic recommendations and write POV on media selection / rationales in addition to evaluating campaign performance
Advanced data and audience strategy understanding to maximise targeting relevance, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across key brands
Drive innovation across media deployments and identify expansion and testing opportunities of campaign elements (e.g. creative, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.)
Explore new ad tech solutions, maintain knowledge of industry best practices
Monitor seamless deployment of financial process via core admin & ops team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about performance digital and retail media. This individual must have a hunger to drive results and work within the fastest growing digital performance category. This person would be someone that can come in and immediately make an impact, exuding confidence and displaying a desire to learn. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, we would be ideally looking for someone who can \'hit the ground running\'.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
BS/MS degree in marketing, business or a related field
Proven working experience of 6-8 years in performance media planning/digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Innate interest in and desire for continuous learning and personal development.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Proven innovative thinker.
