Qualifications
Essential Competencies & Experience

• Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Good understanding of Telecom Operations.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in a large sized Engineering or Telecom Organisation comprising of Warehousing, Logistics, Materials Management & Asset Management leading multiple Teams / Workstreams, of which 10+ years of direct management experience in an Asset intensive business \xe2\x80\x93 Telecom, Infrastructure or Manufacturing.
• Hands on working experience of Industry known ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, D365, Maximo etc
• Familiarity with Asset Identification Tools such as Barcodes, QR Codes, Laser Etching etc.
• Significant experience of handling movement of material across locations and running multi locational Warehouses.
• In depth experience of data management, data & Systems integration, Process & Systems automation and Process deployment.
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with the ability to communicate, challenge and influence in a constructive manner.
• Collaborative, team player, positive attitude and flexible & open mind to work with.
• Thorough understanding of Project / Program Management techniques and methods.
• Proven experience of communicating and engaging at a senior level across multiple Departments (including Operations, IT, Procurement and Finance).
