Senior Legal Counsel, Global Investments, Dubai
We've been working with this client since their inception over 15 years ago, and they have now come to us to add resources to their legal team. As a niche, specialist investment company, they have global coverage across many sectors, and are a true market leader. Continued success has now led to their requirement to recruit a new Senior Counsel.
ROLE: Joining a small team, you'll be entrusted with taking a lead on international transactional M&A, ECM, and all manner of regulatory and compliance functions that support such deals. Additionally, you'll help handle anything else that comes up. No two days will be the same and the deal flow, complexity and diversity of work is unique.
CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to take into consideration before applying:
- You'll need at least 5PQE and be common law qualified.
- The structure of the organisation means that over 10PQE is probably unnecessary.
- That said, the candidate will be viewed with succession planning and growth potential in mind.
- It's essential that you've trained and qualified with an excellent international law firm.
- Your skill set will need to have a foundation of M&A and private equity.
- You need not based in the Middle East right now and overseas applicants are welcome.
