About the Role:
Pearl Plus Motors is a leading automotive and real estate business based in Dubai. We are building a strong in-house technology team to develop and manage our digital platforms, including websites and real estate mobile applications.
Given our extensive portfolio of ongoing projects, we require an experienced developer who can quickly integrate into our team, take ownership of complex tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
This is a long-term role with significant responsibility, perfect for candidates who thrive in
fast-paced environments and want to grow with a company at the forefront of digital innovation in the automotive and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop scalable, secure backend systems using Laravel (PHP 8.x)
? Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
? Design and implement robust RESTful APIs
? Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
? Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers and product teams to deliver user-centric features
? Lead deployment processes on AWS, cPanel, or Digital Ocean
? Maintain high code quality through testing, debugging, and peer reviews
? Work with version control (Git) and follow Agile development practices
? Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
? Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Laravel development
? Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile app development
? Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, Dart programming, and state management patterns (Bloc, Provider, etc.)
? Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and Firebase services
? Proficient in database design and query optimization
? Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows
? Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills:
? Experience in automotive, real estate, or e-commerce domains
? Multilingual app development (English/Arabic)
? Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Stripe/PayPal, and push notifications
? Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines
? Writing unit and integration tests in Laravel and Flutter
? Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
? Expertise in Flutter UI/UX, animations, and custom widget development
? Understanding of secure coding practices and monitoring tools like Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics
