Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer

to lead the development of scalable mobile and web applications across platforms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a technically proficient and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer with a strong foundation in cross-platform development and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise with Flutter. This role involves full-stack development, system architecture, and deployment responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Flutter & Mobile Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Implement state management using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, or GetX. Integrate Firebase services, third-party SDKs, and REST/GraphQL APIs. Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance across platforms.

Backend Development

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or other relevant technologies. Design secure and efficient RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase Firestore, or other NoSQL/SQL systems. Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Deploy and manage applications using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment. Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure or production-level issues.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical planning sessions. Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of professional software development experience. 6+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. Strong experience in both mobile and web application development using Flutter. Solid backend experience using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. Deep understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and modern backend frameworks. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency with Flutter Web and Desktop development. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment. Background in developing enterprise apps such as ride-hailing platforms, eCommerce, or fleet management systems. Familiarity with real-time tracking, AI/ML integration, or AR/VR applications is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead development projects independently and mentor junior developers.
