JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications that exceed client expectations. You will play a key role in all phases of the development lifecycle, from project planning and architecture to implementation and deployment, collaborating closely with the team to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces and seamless animations that enhance user experience. Work closely with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with APIs and backend services effectively. Ensure app performance and responsiveness are optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards and best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve team performance and application quality. Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless app functionality.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with significant expertise in the Flutter framework. Demonstrated ability to develop complex and scalable mobile applications, including state management, networking, integration of third-party libraries, Firebase, and implementation of UI/UX components. Comprehensive understanding of the Flutter framework and its architecture. Strong command of the Dart programming language to build efficient and maintainable code. Experience with state management solutions like Riverpod, Provider, or similar tools. Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git for collaborative development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimize applications effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment to deliver high-quality results.
