Senior IT Infrastructure Security Officer - Cybersecurity Leadership Dubai
Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Infrastructure Security Officer to lead cybersecurity strategy and governance across cloud, on-premises systems, and eCommerce infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with ISO 27000 and other regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks, and strengthening cyber resilience across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Define and implement enterprise-level IT security strategies aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Develop and enforce security policies and standards across infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments
• Drive ISO 27000 compliance programs, including audits and documentation
• Architect and secure hybrid infrastructures with robust identity and access management practices
• Oversee secure deployment of servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
• Manage network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and segmentation strategies
• Lead endpoint protection initiatives, including EDR, device compliance, and patch management
• Safeguard eCommerce infrastructure, ensuring secure transactions and fraud prevention
• Conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to GDPR, NESA, and ISO 27001 standards
• Advise executives on cybersecurity investments and lead incident response planning
• Mentor junior security and infrastructure professionals to promote a security-first culture

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles
• Proven expertise in Azure/AWS security, network defense, eCommerce security, and ISO 27000 compliance
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CEH, Azure/AWS Security certifications
