This role requires a balance of artistic flair and technical expertise, along with a solid understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and conceptualize design ideas from initial concept through to detailed execution.
Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related tools.
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.
Oversee fit-out, finishing, FF&E installation, and perform quality control during project execution.
Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple projects.
Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in interior architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
Minimum of
4 years of relevant experience
in the UAE or GCC.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of completed interior projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools.
Expertise in materials, finishes, furniture, and detailed interior construction.
Thorough knowledge of UAE construction regulations and approval procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and in a team setting.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
