Responsibilities
:
Design Development
:
Conceptualize and develop interior layouts and design plans.
Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings, sketches, and design models.
Select and coordinate color schemes, materials, finishes, and furniture to align with architectural designs.
Technical Drawings
:
Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Material Selection
:
Source and specify materials, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and other interior elements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies.
Site Supervising
Skills & Qualifications
:
Educational Background
: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Software Proficiency
: Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3DS Max, Corona and Adobe Creative Suite.
Creativity & Aesthetics
: Strong design sense with an eye for detail, texture, form, and color.
Technical Knowledge
: Understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations.
Communication
: Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
Problem-Solving
: Ability to address design challenges creatively and pragmatically.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
