We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The role requires a blend of architectural understanding, design expertise, and project coordination skills tailored to the UAE market and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative interior architectural designs from initial concept to detailed design.
Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations for clients.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Supervise the execution of interior design work, including finishing, FF&E, and fit-out details.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple ongoing projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
4+ years of proven experience in interior architecture or related field in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed interior architecture projects.
Proficiency in design and visualization software: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D Studio Max, Lumion, etc.
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Familiarity with UAE construction practices, local authority approval processes, and codes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
