We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Insurance Sales Manager
to lead and expand our insurance sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
general, motor, and health insurance sales
, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for general, motor, and health insurance products.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE Insurance Authority regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
10 to 15 years of experience
in insurance sales (General, Motor, Health) in the UAE.
Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
