Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 7-10 years of proven sales experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of insurance products (life, health, general, etc.) and distribution models.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and develop actionable insights.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
