Senior Hvac Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ductwork. Troubleshoot issues and diagnose HVAC system failures or malfunctions. Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to reduce breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and support in after-hours repair work when necessary. Advise customers or clients on proper system use and maintenance. Assist with installation of smart thermostats, energy-saving devices, and improved ventilation systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience of Min 5 years as an HVAC technician or relevant role. Certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, gauges, and hand/power tools. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
