Post: Senior HVAC Technician
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC systems across commercial and residential facilities.
- Diagnose advanced mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC units and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead junior technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and energy standards.
- Maintain service records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with facility managers and contractors for project-based requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in facility management and maintenance.
- Technical qualification is a MUST for all positions.
- Good level of English literacy is a must.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
