Review and Monitor monthly Time & Attendance, Payroll of all associates
Ensure company compliance as per company Corporate Governance and Risk Assessment rules
Implementing associate relations activities and strategies.
Review and implement employee Learning and development objectives
Facilitate internal associate committees to improve associate engagement
Renew associate Medical Insurance and Travel agency coordination for associate requirements.
Reporting
Weekly / Monthly reporting on associate relations programs and activities
Monthly reporting on Employee requests, and Employee records updates (incl. residency visa status) and target achievement
Monthly PDCA for business improvement
Reporting on Compliance and Risk achievement as needed
KPI\'s
Timely completion of associate programs and objectives
Timely recruitment of new associates
No delays in approvals, activities implementation
Background & Qualification:
Minimum - Graduate with 5-6 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training & Development-related area.
Knowledge English Language, Clear Oral and Written Communication, Negotiation (Basic), Computers skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
