About the role:
Onboarding:
Lead onboarding activities, ensuring all new hires complete required checks, inductions, and system setups.
Oversee onboarding administration, including documentation, compliance, and health and safety processes.
Employee Relations:
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and accountability.
Support managers in addressing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Handle confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
HR Administration:
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support.
Deliver effective administrative assistance to internal teams, ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
