Manage office admin related activities
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Monitoring the expiration of vital documents (trade licenses, registration for company cars, tenancy contracts) and preparing the necessary paperwork for renewal.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Create and maintain company employees SOP.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, renewals, etc)
Maintain employee records and related information with utmost attention to privacy.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, exit clearance, final settlement, etc)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Requirements and skills
Can Join immediately
Minimum of 3-year experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
knowledge of labor laws
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
