. We are currently seeking a proactive and organizedSenior HR Administrator
to join our HR departmentimmediately
in Doha.Responsibilities:
Manage all HR administrative functions, including employee records, leaves, and attendance. Handle end-to-end
recruitment coordination
, onboarding, and exit formalities. Support the HR Manager in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance withQatar Labor Law
. Prepare and process HR letters, contracts, and official documents. Coordinate with thePRO
for visa renewals, QID, health cards, and related government procedures. Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and HR reports. Managepayroll preparation
, salary updates, and employee benefits tracking. Assist in organizingtrainings, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Serve as a key point of contact between management and staff for HR-related queries.Qualifications:
Preferred:
Candidates currently residing inQatar
.Experience:
Minimum4-6 years
of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a contracting or engineering company. Bachelor's Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent knowledge ofQatar Labor Law
and HR best practices. Proficient inMS Office
and HR management software (ERP or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Language:
Arabic speaker preferred; English fluency required.NOC:
Must be available to transfer sponsorship.Availability:
Must be able tojoin immediately.
