Performs needs analysis with prospective client practitioners and key management in all areas Workforce Management including payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration, information technology and related financial systems

Increase sales performance by presenting Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions

Experience of multiple cycles of SAP HCM implementations

Including SAP Talent management modules roll-out

Ability to write functional specifications for technical development team and manage through to testing and user-acceptance processes, including ownership and resolution of testing issues

Experience of large and complex Oracle implementation (40,000+ employees, multiple frequencies, multi-country)

Understanding of Workflow

Resolving end user issues relating to ORACLE HCM in a timely manner

Coordinating and liaising with Team Leader, Project Managers

Qualifications

IT Graduate with Master\'s preferred
