Expected Start Date: 30/03/2024
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze data and conduct research to identify growth opportunities and insights into user behavior.
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
- Identify and explore new growth channels and opportunities for innovation.
- Continuously optimize the customer journey and user experience to enhance satisfaction and drive business results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Collaboration skills, with a knack for adaptation to new technologies.
- 2 years of experience in Blockchain/WEB-3
- 3 years of exp. in Marketing/Growth role
