About the role
As part of their growth, they are hiring a B2B Growth Marketing manager to drive growth to the next level.
What do you need to be considered successful ?
Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel
Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels
Experiment and implement new growth strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and to optimize customer acquisition and retention
Work closely with their other teams to build the digital flows (implement marketing automation tools, NPS tracking, email sequencing etc.)
Build analytics dashboards for reporting

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to develop marketing strategies and convert available data into meaningful insights to drive the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth.
What do you need to have done in your career?
2 to 5 years of experience with acquiring and pushing leads down the sales funnel
B2B SaaS/Fintech experience is a must
An entrepreneurial flare, an overachiever who enjoys startup challenges and digital growth
Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc.
Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., organic, paid, SEO, referrals etc
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
A good grasp of customer behavior and how to walk a customer through the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey
