Senior Fleet Operation Coordinator
will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, and smooth logistical processes. The role requires strongoperational management skills
, effectivecommunication abilities

orlogistics industry
.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage
vehicle fleet operations
to ensure availability and optimal utilization. Overseerental contracts
, vehicle allocation, and customer requests. Liaise with service centers and workshops to schedulevehicle maintenance
andrepairs
. Monitorvehicle usage, mileage, and performance
to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain accuratefleet records
, reports, and documentation usingMS Office
tools. Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance withcompany policies
,safety guidelines
, andlocal regulations
.Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degreeExperience:
3-5 years inrent-a-car operations
,logistics
, orfleet management
.License:
Valid UAE driving license --mandatory
.Technical Skills:
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong knowledge ofoperations management
.Communication Skills:
Excellentoral and written English
.Availability:
Must be able tojoin immediately
