We are seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator with a background in the transportation and automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use Odoo ERP software. This role is crucial for maintaining and monitoring the daily activities of our cars, drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor the daily activities of RSL company drivers. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks for RSL company vehicles. Ensure real-time location tracking and vehicle performance monitoring. Keep detailed records of vehicle performance and maintenance. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient operations. Monitor fuel usage and manage fuel expenses. Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and servicing. Handle emergency situations and coordinate roadside assistance when necessary. Ensure compliance with all local transportation regulations and safety standards. Use Odoo ERP software for task planning, execution, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the transportation or automobile industry. Strong understanding of fleet management and vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in using Odoo ERP software is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
