We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Fleet & Operations Coordinator
to support the management of our 800-truck fleet. This role will primarily focus on renewing pods, and spending the rest of the week on field visits, site surveys, and daily operations planning. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, action-oriented, and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely renewals/documentation of pods each week.
2. Conduct site visits to inspect operations, staff performance, and fleet conditions.
3. Assist in daily and weekly route/operation planning with the operations team.
4.Perform client site surveys and prepare accurate reports for planning.
5.Coordinate with internal teams for schedule adherence, reporting, and support.
6.Identify issues and propose operational improvements.
7.Maintain accurate logs, documents, and records of renewals, site reports, and surveys.
Requirements:
1. Valid UAE Driving License (manual preferred).
2.Previous experience in fleet operations, logistics, or field coordination is a plus.
3.Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
4.Proficiency with basic tools like MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.
5. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
6.Bonus Skills (not mandatory but preferred):
7. Basic knowledge of vehicle registration or renewal procedures.
8.Familiarity with GPS tracking or fleet management tools.
9.Experience working in transportation, logistics, or moving services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
