Job Description
Qualifications - Fitout Estimator
Experience:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in interior fitout estimation within a fitout or interior contracting company in UAE.Education:
Degree or diploma in
Civil Engineering
orArchitecture
.Technical Skills:
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,Excel
, and relevantBOQ(Planswift)software
.Ability to
prepare detailed and accurate quotations
independently, withoutsupervision.
Capable of interpreting design drawings and extracting material and labor requirements.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in
English
andHindi
(both spoken and written).Arabic
is an addedadvantage.
Work Ethic & Capabilities:
Strong ability to
meet deadlines
under pressure.Attention to detail with
zero tolerance for errors
in estimation.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Additional Advantage:
Basic knowledge of designing will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred.
