Fit Out Estimator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive budgets
Source and negotiate with UAE-based suppliers and subcontractors
Assist in tendering processes and track project costs against estimates
Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with actual delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator in the UAE fit-out industry (this is mandatory)
Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and construction methods
Proficiency in estimation tools and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
