Job Description

Lead the Civil project planning, design, implementation, and monitoring processes. Ensure all civil engineering projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to stay on track Plan, schedule, and manage resources for project execution. Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure they meet the design and project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues that may arise to maintain project continuity. Implement quality control systems and ensure all work complies with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Ensure compliance with local authority and environmental regulations. Track project costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget. Provide cost analysis reports and manage procurement processes. Approve expenditure for materials and services as needed. Improvement in communication skills (English), and Deal with client in a professional, effective and courteous manner. Complies with all HPFM's Integrated Management Systems (IMS) policies, procedures, and support for the effective implementation of IMS. Report all unsafe conditions, unsafe act, hazards and near misses by using the in HPFM's Near Miss / Hazard observation forms. Actively participate in Toolbox Talks, HSE meetings, Building Emergency evacuation drill and other QHSE promotional programs conducted for employees To express quality, health, safety and environment concerns and have them addressed to the QHSE committee member / QHSE representative. Serve as the primary contact point between project stakeholders (clients, contractors, and internal teams). Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project proposals for clients and senior management. Organize and participate in project meetings to report on progress, challenges, and potential risks Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Address issues proactively and provide solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
